You report directly to one of the founders. No project managers in the middle. No proxy.

You’ll own accounts end-to-end — the service-area quirks, the busy seasons, the CRM setup, the way the owner thinks about the books.

Fully remote across the US and Canada. You set your own hours — the work sets the pace.

We don’t bill hourly. The work gets measured by what it produces, not by hours logged.

We pay competitively — specifics shared on the first call.
